The membership program of Serve Sacramento Inc. is called, The Theophilus Club. This is a non-voting membership shall be open to any current resident, property owner, business operator, or employee of the Sacramento city and/or county. Membership is granted after completion and receipt of a membership application, attendance at new member orientation and payment of annual dues. All memberships shall be received all of the benefits advertised by the organization in accordance to the term and conditions of the advertisement.
