Serve Sacramento Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to providing life-changing services to individuals in need throughout the greater Sacramento region. We currently serve three specific programs:
Academic Camp: Math and literacy enrichment
Full Circle Leadership Mentoring: Mentoring for young men and women (ages 10 - 17)
Infant mortality prevention program: For expecting mothers (18- 24 years old) provides transitional housing assistance to young women for up to one year as appropriate based on their individual needs. The mothers are also provided resources for education and employment training. This program focuses on the reduction of homelessness, and also encourages nutritional practices and the importance of a healthy pregnancy.
Each of these programs have been making an impact in the Sacramento community for multiple years and have brought about positive change in the lives of many ranging from newborn babies to teenagers, mentors (volunteers), and the Sacramento Community.
The goal of Serve Sacramento Inc. is to continue and expand the good work that has begun. There is great potential with every program that we offer to enhance the work is being done and has the potential to reach many more in our community with life-changing resources.
